PERSONAL INFO

• Born in San Francisco in 1972.  5' 7'' Tall. 

• She started out doing commercials at 17 years old.  "My first was a nail polish commercial, and I was on roller skates. I also did Pringles, J.C. Penny, and I did Coke and Pepsi commercials (for rival companies), which you're not supposed to do."

• She was very shy in high school... too shy to do high school theatre.

• Leslie Mann is married to screenwriter Judd Apatow and they have a baby daughter named Maude.

• Quoted from Premiere Mag. - A perfect Leslie Mann day includes "going to a coffee shop, writing in my journal, and having my friends come by to watch movies and eat ice cream." And, currently unattached after an "unhappy three-and-a-half-year relationship," she states for the record: "I am not having sex with anybody." She laughs and muses, "Although I probably should start." Here's a tip to the lucky guy: Bring a pint of Haagen-Dazs.

FINAL NOTE

She is beautiful and seems like a lot of fun.  I don't think she'll ever be offered the 'great' roles, but if she sticks to the quirky cute girlfriend role that she has been doing... she will have a good career.  I can see her in a Meg Ryan type of film, but a director has to be willing to cast her first.
