A native New Yorker, Williams began her acting career while still in her teens, appearing in commercials.
After high school, she was accepted to the prestigious School of Speech at Northwestern University.
In her sophomore year at Northwestern, she was chosen from hundreds of hopefuls for the coveted role of Steve Martin's daughter in "Father of the Bride." Although the hit film garnered Williams great reviews and lots of attention, she chose to put Hollywood on hold to return to Northwestern and complete her degree.
Graduated Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Member of Alpha Phi sorority at Northwestern University.
Lives in Santa Monica, CA.
Once dated tennis great Pete Sampras.
Kimberly made a nice transition to TV in 2001 with the hit show 'According to Jim'. She co-stars with Jim Belushi & Courtney Thorne Smith.

Kimberly is a great actress... if you get a chance to seek out a small 'Mockumentary' film called Ten Tiny Love Stories, you will see her perform a fantastic monologue that really showcases her talent. I hope she lands a great role in a major film soon so we can see her more often than we have!
