Having just watched “Observe and Report”, I find myself wallowing the dank nether-regions of my subconscious in an attempt to recall a more worthless cinematic experience. This film is offensively unfunny… actually managing to lower the reputation of the entire genre by association. Truthfully, this celluloid abortion is so spectacularly bad that it is actually inspiring a cold detached hatred deep in my heart for all involved — not the least of which is the hideously over-exposed Seth Rogen. His tobacco-chewing, down-syndrome grin is becoming so obnoxious that even his most devoted fans must be getting sick of seeing him in the 37 films he’s done over the last 18 months. If you make it to the end credits, you will feel a twinge of embarrassment and guilt — and you should. If you happen to be afflicted with a case of Idiocracy-syndrome and actually enjoyed this turd, you automatically forfeit any opinions you may have on anything ever again. This is one of the worst films of the year… one of the worst comedies of the decade… one of the 100 worst films I think I have ever seen… and may god have mercy on its soul.
