Don’t tell anyone how this film ends!!!
Two guys decide to document the budding relationship between their good friend Nev and an artistic Michigan family, particularly focusing on the romantic possibilities with a beautiful young woman named Megan. The trio soon decide on a surprise visit which may not turn out quite as they expect.
This film / documentary works on so many levels. It is a brilliant and fascinating mystery that will have your immediate and absolute attention from fade-in to fade-out. In repeated viewings, once the secret conclusion is known to you, I believe it will hold up as an endlessly intriguing study of character and human relationships. “Catfish” is truly entertaining, riveting and emotionally shocking. It will take you to places that you will not be able to predict — even half way through its running length.
This is a superb effort that will have you peeking around corners trying to figure out what’s coming next. Your guesses will be wrong. Without question, “Catfish” is one of the 10 best films of the year and one of the best cinematic mysteries of the decade. This movie proves that the greatest suspense and drama lies in what is just about to happen… not necessarily happening on screen at present.
Watch this film NOW… before someone ruins it for you.

This was not the movie I expected to see. It was so much more. I actually cried at one scene near the end.
